Irian crash victims brought to Jakarta

WAMENA, Irian Jaya: Five crew members and passengers of a
Russian helicopter which crashed in the Perime district of
Jayawijaya regency here were brought to Jakarta for hospital
treatment.

Antara reported on Tuesday that those who were seriously
injured were load master Rally Miran, mechanic Nicolay and
passenger Afiudin.

The helicopter crashed about 20 minutes after departing from
the Wamena airport.
