IRGC: Iran prepares more devastating weapons if hostilities resume

Moscow (ANTARA) - Iran has prepared more devastating precision weapons should hostilities resume in the Middle East, Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) spokesman Hossein Mohebi said on Thursday. “If war breaks out again, the weapons we use will certainly be different, both in terms of warhead generation, precision, missile range, and other parameters,” Mohebi said, as quoted by Iranian news agency Defa Press. The senior Iranian military official added that Tehran continues to enhance its entire arsenal by developing weapons that are more precise, more destructive, and more technologically advanced. Citing US officials, CNN previously reported that Washington has shifted to a strategy of gradual economic “strangulation” of Iran rather than taking military action. US President Donald Trump subsequently announced economic operations against Iran, describing them as an isolation effort on an unprecedented scale, and urged allied nations to join.
