Irfan Hakim Enlists Dozens of Volunteers to Pack Qurban Meat for Eid al-Adha

The packing of qurban meat was bustling at presenter Irfan Hakim’s residence in Bekasi on Thursday, with dozens of volunteers involved in distributing the meat to local residents during the 1447 Hijriah Eid al-Adha celebrations. Teams sat in rows at the side of the house to sort and pack qurban meat into plastic bags ahead of distribution. The packing was done in shifts by volunteers wearing black shirts, in the house’s side alley equipped with temporary shade to shield them from the heat. Announcements about the 6:30 PM WIB distribution schedule were displayed to organise recipient distribution. The Eid al-Adha sacrifice at Irfan Hakim’s home involved teams to ensure the slaughtering, packing, and distribution processes ran smoothly. Volunteers moved bags of qurban meat for sorting and recording before distribution to local residents. Irfan Hakim has been actively expanding his qurban livestock business in recent years. Ahead of the 1447 Hijriah Eid al-Adha, he stated approximately 21 jumbo cattle were entrusted to him for processing, excluding his own animals distributed across various regions. Several public figures and officials entrusted their sacrificial animals to Irfan Hakim, including President Prabowo Subianto, who entrusted a large Indian buffalo, along with Raffi Ahmad and Maia Estianty.
