INDONESIAN DIPLOMACY: Since being elected the fifth President of
Indonesia, Megawati Soekarnoputri has tried to conduct diplomacy
through a number of overseas trips. Her meeting with U.S.
President George W. Bush at the APEC Leaders' annual meeting in
Los Cabos, Mexico, on Oct. 26 this year was part of her strategy.

the boat may be carrying guns or other weaponry for the Free Aceh
