Irene Tedja Resigns from Pakuwon (PWON) Board of Commissioners
PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk. (PWON) has announced that Irene Tedja has resigned from her position as Commissioner. The company received her resignation letter on 22 April 2026.
“Hereby, we on behalf of and for the Company announce that the Company has received the resignation request letter from Mrs Irene Tedja from her position as Commissioner of the Company on 22 April 2026,” stated management on Tuesday (28/4/2026).
Subsequently, the company will hold a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) to decide on the resignation request.
“The holding of the GMS as mentioned will be announced and conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations,” added management.
For information, Irene Tedja, who is the daughter of Alexander Tedja, was appointed as Independent Commissioner based on the GMS decision dated 25 June 2025 for the 2025-2028 period.
The woman born on 27 November 1976 holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Her professional career began as an Investment Banking Analyst at Chase Securities, New York, from 1998 to 1999.
She then continued her career in the property and investment sectors through various strategic positions.
She also previously served as Director of PT Pakuwon Permai (2003-2017) and PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (2010-2016), as well as Commissioner at PT Artisan Surya Kreasi (2014-2016). Since 2016, Irene Tedja has served as Chief Executive Officer at Amitell Capital.
