Iranian security source denies Kurdish attack reports against Iran

Tehran (ANTARA) – An Iranian security source denied Western media reports about alleged incursions by Kurdish groups across the Iranian border, Nour News reported on Thursday.

Citing an American official, Fox News had previously reported that Iraqi Kurdish groups had launched a ground attack on Iran.

At the same time, citing its own correspondent, Tasnim News Agency reported that no Kurdish movement had been detected at Iran’s western border.

Additionally, Axios reporter Barak Ravid said that a senior official from one of the Iran-Kurdish factions denied the reports that the attack had begun.
