Iran Targets 18 US Military Assets in Kuwait and Bahrain, Vows Confrontation 'Until the Last Breath'

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran has announced 18 US military assets in Kuwait and Bahrain as targets amidst escalating regional tensions. In a statement on Thursday (11/6/2026), the IRGC stated its targets included the Ali Al Salem and Ahmad Al Jaber air bases in Kuwait, as well as the Sheikh Isa air base in Bahrain. Separately, the Iranian military announced it had attacked Patriot systems and communication facilities belonging to the US Fifth Fleet in Bahrain. The military also confirmed several drones were launched towards the US Fifth Fleet in retaliation for what they described as a US attack on southern Iran. Iranian forces are also constantly ready to confront the enemy until the last breath and will not retreat until all enemies are punished for their actions, according to the military statement. The statement was made amidst escalating regional tensions following the US attack on southern Iran and Iran’s retaliatory strikes against US military assets in the region. Following the United States’ attack on Iran, Tehran launched missile strikes against the US-owned Harir Airbase in northern Iraq. Iranian news agency Nour News reported on Thursday that Iran also attacked a US radar site in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, as well as US vessels in the Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf.
