Iran Furious After Bombing, Araghchi Warns US: Leave Our Region If You Want Safety!
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has responded to the latest wave of American strikes against Iran, telling the US to leave Iranian territory if it wants to be safe. “Despite losing on the battlefield, the US has chosen to test our resolve,” Araghchi wrote on X. “Our powerful Armed Forces will not allow any attack or threat to go unanswered.”
Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi warned on Wednesday morning that no attack or threat against Iran would be left without retaliation. “The history of the Persian Gulf has many chapters on the bad fate of meddling foreign newcomers,” he said.
Previously, Iranian media reported explosions and projectile attacks on Qeshm Island, Sirik, Minab, and Jask in the southern province of Hormozgan. Meanwhile, air defences were activated in Bandar Abbas, Qeshm, and Sirik.
This development occurred after US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced that American forces began launching strikes against Iran in response to the downing of a US Army Apache helicopter in a prior incident.
