iQoo 15T Gaming Phone Official, Featuring an 8,000 mAh Battery and a 200 MP Camera

The gaming smartphone maker iQoo has officially launched the iQoo 15T in China on Wednesday (20 May 2026). The phone is the first model in the series to bear the ‘T’ suffix from iQoo. As a gaming device, the iQoo 15T brings a range of high-end specifications, including a large 8,000 mAh battery and a 200 MP main camera. The phone is also equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition chipset, 100W fast charging, and IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance. The iQoo 15T features an 8T LTPO AMOLED display measuring 6.82 inches with a 2K resolution (3,168 x 1,440 pixels), a 144 Hz refresh rate, and peak local brightness of up to 4,500 nits. The display also houses an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and a 16 MP front camera embedded under the screen. The Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition is a modified variant of the regular Dimensity 9500 and is claimed to offer improved frame-rate stability in gaming. iQoo pairs this processor with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.1 storage. Although focused on gaming, the camera system is also robust: the iQoo 15T is equipped with a 200 MP main camera with a 1/1.56-inch sensor, f/1.88 aperture and OIS, complemented by a 50 MP ultrawide lens. Both cameras are arranged in a square module on the back of the device. In terms of power, the iQoo 15T is powered by a silicon-carbon (Si-C) battery with a capacity of 8,000 mAh and 100 W wired charging. Wireless charging is not supported, but the device carries IP68 and IP69 certifications for dust and water resistance. On the software side, the iQoo 15T runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6. It remains unclear whether the iQoo 15T will be marketed globally, including in Indonesia. We will wait.
