iQOO 15R Gaming Phone Specifications and Price in Indonesia

iQOO Indonesia officially launched its latest flagship, the iQOO 15R, for the Indonesian market on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. This device offers a solution for users who want flagship-level performance at a more affordable price. Interestingly, the iQOO 15R is the first smartphone in Indonesia to adopt the latest Qualcomm chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5.

The main attraction of the iQOO 15R lies in its “brain.” The Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, built with 3nm fabrication, offers significant improvements in CPU and GPU performance compared to the previous generation. To maximize the gaming experience, iQOO also includes a Supercomputing Chip Q2.

This additional chip performs frame interpolation, allowing games to run at 144 FPS with sharper visuals. The Monster HyperCore Engine technology ensures stable performance without excessive power consumption.

The iQOO 15R is equipped with a 6.5K IceCore VC cooling system with a large heat dissipation area, ensuring the device remains stable even when playing demanding games like Genshin Impact or Honor of Kings for extended periods.

The iQOO 15R features a 6.59-inch flat AMOLED screen with a 1.5K resolution (2750 x 1260 pixels). This screen is highly responsive thanks to a 144Hz refresh rate and an instant touch sampling rate of up to 3200Hz. With a peak brightness of 5,000 nits, content on the screen remains clearly visible even outdoors.

In terms of design, the 8-bit Silver variant offers a unique retro-pixel look, while the Carbon Black variant appears more elegant. The body has IP68 and IP69 certifications, meaning it is dustproof and resistant to immersion and high-pressure water jets.

Despite its thin profile (7.9 mm), iQOO has managed to incorporate a Silicon-Carbon 7,600 mAh battery. This capacity far exceeds the current standard for flagship smartphones, which typically have around 5,000 mAh. For charging, there is a 100W Flash Charge feature that can charge the battery from 1% to 50% in just 33 minutes.
