JAKARTA — Access for retail investors to participate in initial public offerings (IPOs) of shares is becoming increasingly open through the IPOT application owned by Indo Premier Sekuritas. This platform allows share bookings to be carried out in an integrated manner within a single app.

IPOT offers a range of features, from a fast refund system to displaying shares in the portfolio before the listing date. The app is also equipped with real-time indicators to help investors monitor share movements from the first day of trading.

Chief Marketing Officer of PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, Sergio Ticoalu, said that interest from retail investors in IPOs continues to rise. “We want to ensure more inclusive, fast, and technology-based access so that investors can make more informed investment decisions,” said Sergio in his statement on Tuesday (31/3/2026).

Through IPOT, the IPO share booking process is carried out in an integrated manner, from account registration, RDN fund top-up, to booking via the e-IPO feature. This system simplifies the process and enhances the comfort of retail investors.

“The real-time indicator feature is an important differentiator, especially for IPO shares that do not yet have historical data,” said Sergio.

IPOT can also be used to participate in the IPO of PT BSA Logistics Indonesia Tbk with the stock code WBSA. The company plans to offer 1.8 billion shares or 20.75 percent of the placed and fully paid-up capital.

The offering price range is Rp150 to Rp170 per share, with potential proceeds of up to Rp306 billion. The public offering period runs from 1–8 April 2026, and the share listing is scheduled for 10 April 2026 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

WBSA operates in the logistics sector with end-to-end services, including land transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, and inland logistics terminals. The company recorded total assets of Rp1.15 trillion and net profit of Rp24.39 billion as of September 2025.

Through IPOT, investors can also monitor allocation status in real-time. Investors must still pay attention to the maximum booking limit of 10 percent of the total IPO value or Rp30.6 billion per SID, and ensure fund availability under the “No Funds, No Order” principle.

Regarding fund usage, WBSA will allocate the IPO proceeds for expansion, including the acquisition of PT Bermuda Inovasi Logistik to strengthen its sea freight business line.

“We encourage investors to take advantage of this IPO momentum with a well-thought-out strategy based on information. IPOT is present as an investment partner for both beginners and professionals,” said Sergio.
