IPO Pipeline on Indonesia Stock Exchange Decreases to 12 Companies: What is Happening?
Jakarta, VIVA – PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) has recorded that 12 companies are currently in the pipeline to conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Indonesian capital market as of 5 June 2025. This figure represents a decrease from the previous IDX report on 22 May 2026, which listed 15 companies in the queue.
IDX Director of Corporate Valuation, I Gede Nyoman Yetna, revealed that of this total, eight companies fall into the large-scale asset category exceeding Rp250 billion, while four companies are medium-scale assets ranging from Rp50 billion to Rp250 billion. These asset criteria are in accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 53/POJK.04/2017.
“As of now, there are twelve companies in the IDX listing pipeline,” Nyoman stated in a press release received in Jakarta on Tuesday, 9 June 2026.
Regarding sectoral distribution among the twelve companies in the IPO queue, Nyoman detailed that three companies are in the non-primary consumer goods sector, three in the healthcare sector, and two in the primary consumer goods sector. Additionally, there are two companies in the infrastructure sector, one in the financial sector, and one in the transportation and technology sector. So far this year, up to 5 June 2026, one company has successfully completed an IPO on the Indonesian capital market.
Consequently, the total number of companies listed on the Indonesian capital market has reached 957. As of 5 June 2026, the IDX recorded 53 issuances from 36 issuers of Debt Securities and Sukuk (EBUS), raising funds totalling Rp69.94 trillion. Nyoman also noted that there are 63 issuances from 40 EBUS issuers currently in the pipeline to issue debt securities.
Meanwhile, regarding rights issues, four companies have conducted rights issues with a total value of Rp3.89 trillion as of 5 June 2026. There is currently one company, from the property sector, in the pipeline to conduct a rights issue.
