Ipda Harindra Arsandho Tegarbaja expressed gratitude for achieving the title of best graduate, or Adhi Makayasa, from the Police Academy (Akpol) 2026. He recounted the struggle of competing with other officer cadets during his education at Akpol. “Alhamdulillah, of course I am happy, very happy. This is a gift from God, who gave this blessing to me. Thank you for this kindness and life given to me. I am also grateful to God. Thank you to my family as well. Thank you for supporting me from the start so that I could become the best officer,” said Harindra after the commissioning ceremony at the Merdeka Palace courtyard in Jakarta on Wednesday (22/7/2026). Harindra was born in Mataram on 8 March 2004. He is an alumnus of Taruna Nusantara High School. Harindra’s parents are Suhartono Toemiran and Baiq Indra Rahmi, both civil servants (PNS) in NTB. Harindra mentioned that he and the other cadets competed with each other to become the best graduate. He was grateful to finally achieve the Adhi Makayasa. “Everyone was competing with each other. Moreover, they are all my friends. It was not about bringing anyone down. But certainly, in life we compete. I just put in more effort than my friends. Perhaps I tried harder, or it was God’s blessing that I could receive the Adhi Makayasa,” he said. Harindra was also proud to receive congratulations directly from President Prabowo Subianto and National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo. Harindra, along with three other Adhi Makayasa recipients from the TNI, also shook hands with Prabowo. “It was just a congratulatory message. Because the time inside was quite short. Just congratulations and greetings to me,” said Harindra. Harindra recounted that the competition to be the best at Akpol was tough. He said the cadets at Akpol were the best people. “I think these are the best people from all over Indonesia. So, of course, they also have skills and good character and perhaps have their own strengths. And that was a challenge for me,” he said. Prabowo previously presided over the commissioning ceremony for TNI and Polri officers. A total of 1,177 junior officers were inaugurated as TNI and Polri officers. There were 512 cadets from the Military Academy (Akmil), 229 cadets from the Naval Academy (AAL), 154 cadets from the Air Force Academy (AAU), and 282 cadets from the Police Academy. Prabowo also pinned the officer rank insignia on the four Adhi Makayasa recipients from the TNI academies and the Police Academy. The following are the names of the 2026 TNI-Polri officers who received the Adhi Makayasa award: Akmil: Calvin Tidar Sakti; AAL: M Rizqi Wira Utama; AAU: Yehezkiel Bonaventura Y; Akpol: Harindra Arshando T.
