PT IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK) recorded container throughput of 1,817,738 TEUs in the first half of 2026, a 7 percent increase compared to 1,698,339 TEUs in the same period last year. The rise reflects heightened logistics activity as well as domestic and international trade served by the company. IPC TPK Senior Manager of Corporate Secretariat Daniel Setiawan said the growth was supported by the company’s consistency in improving operational efficiency and service quality across all terminals. “This growth achievement is the result of implementing an operational strategy focused on safety, service speed, and efficiency at every terminal,” Daniel said in a statement in Jakarta on Friday (17/7/2026). He noted that the increase in container throughput in the first half was driven by higher loading and unloading activity at several main terminals. Terminal Panjang in Lampung was the highest growth contributor, with a 17.4 percent throughput increase compared to the first half of 2025. Terminal Tanjung Priok recorded 7.9 percent growth, while Terminal Pontianak rose 3.8 percent. On a monthly basis, IPC TPK’s operational performance also showed a positive trend. In June 2026, container throughput reached 325,017 TEUs, up 11.5 percent compared to June 2025, which recorded 291,465 TEUs.
