IPA cancels convention
JAKARTA (JP): The Indonesian Petroleum Association (IPA) said
yesterday it had canceled its 26th annual convention scheduled
for next Monday to Wednesday at the Jakarta Convention Center in
Senayan, South Jakarta.
The association's board of directors said in a statement that
it had postponed the convention "until further notice" due to
deep concern "over the situation currently experienced by the
people of Indonesia".

gas contractors. (jsk)
