A total of 86 young participants took part in the Saladin Leadership Circle incubation class held at Wamy Indonesia, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, on Sunday (26/7/2026). The activity, part of the Saladin Mission organised by the philanthropic institution Adara Relief International, is specifically designed to provide the younger generation with an understanding of the Palestinian issue.

Project Leader of the Saladin Mission, Fathimah, stated that the activity serves not only as a platform for young people to better understand the issues occurring in Palestine. She explained that the year-long incubation programme is intentionally created as a forum for the younger generation to increase their concern for Palestine. “The main issue is concern for Palestine, and also the strategy for the liberation of Baitul Maqdis,” she told Republika on Sunday (26/7/2026).

During the incubation, participants will attend nine classes and one stadium generale. In these various classes, the participating youths will be provided with materials on the history, culture, and current conditions in Palestine by qualified speakers.

Beyond just receiving materials, the participants will be given a final assignment based on their learning. This ensures that the participants can truly comprehend all the material provided.

“The goal is that each of the participants here can later create their own activations, whether in their own regions or in their own communities,” Fathimah said.

She noted that so far, the participants appeared enthusiastic about following the first class of the incubation programme. Many of the participants also actively questioned the speakers about the Palestinian issue.
