Invetra Trading Talks Launches Educational Forum to Unite Jakarta's Retail Traders

PT Invetra Teknologi Berjangka (Invetra) has successfully held the first edition of Invetra Trading Talks in Kuningan, South Jakarta. The seminar brought together retail traders, market enthusiasts, and industry players to discuss market dynamics and enhance understanding of trading. Invetra’s Director of Operations, Roland Hasibuan, explained that the event combined structured market education with open discussions, peer networking, and direct access to Invetra’s trading specialists. The educational sessions covered topics relevant to current market conditions, ranging from reading macroeconomic signals and understanding forex volatility to implementing risk management for retail traders. Participants also received demonstrations of key features of the Invetra platform and took part in active Q&A sessions. ‘This is the type of initiative that is the reason we built Invetra. Education is not a marketing activity for us—it is a product. When a trader understands the market better, they make better decisions,’ said Roland. The Invetra Trading Talks is designed as a monthly series, with each edition focusing on a specific theme relevant to retail traders in the Indonesian market. The July session focused on basic trading literacy and platform onboarding. Future editions will delve deeper into technical analysis, multi-asset diversification, and macro-based trading strategies. Participant feedback indicated high enthusiasm for the format, with attendees highlighting the accessibility of the content, the quality of the facilities, and the value of face-to-face meetings with fellow serious traders. Several participants expressed their intention to return for future editions and to invite members of their trading communities.
