Investree Liquidation Team Verifies 1,708 Lender Claims Worth Rp151.78 Billion
Jakarta — The Investree Liquidation Team notes that 1,708 lender claims related to PT Investree Radhika Jaya (Investree), a fintech peer-to-peer (P2P) lending platform, amount to Rp151.78 billion in total. Agusman, Chief Executive of the OJK directorate overseeing supervision of financing institutions, venture capital firms, microfinance institutions and other financial service bodies, said the Investree Liquidation Team has completed the verification of lender data and the results have been published on Investree’s official site. “Based on these results, there are 1,708 lender claims with a verified value of Rp151.78 billion,” he said in a written response on Thursday, 5 March 2026. However, Agusman noted that several claims remain unverified for now, and the Liquidation Team is continuing to give lenders an opportunity to provide supporting evidence. Regarding the source of payment funds, Investree is said to cover the arrears using proceeds from the sale or inventory of Investree’s assets and recoveries or settlements from borrowers, which are currently under identification and verification by the Liquidation Team. It should be noted that the Investree case has been one of the major scandals in Indonesia’s fintech lending industry. OJK disclosed that public losses from the case amounted to Rp2.7 trillion due to alleged mismanagement of funds by the company. Adrian Gunadi, former Chief Executive Officer of Investree, was a fugitive before he was arrested and repatriated to Indonesia from Qatar on 26 September 2025. He is strongly suspected of involvement in taking public funds without a licence and misusing funds contrary to the applicable agreements.
