Investree Lender Claims Verified by Liquidation Team Reach Rp 151.78 Billion
JAKARTA — The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has recorded that lender claims from Investree verified by the liquidation team have reached Rp 151.78 billion.
Agusman, Head of Executive Supervisor for Financing Institutions, Venture Capital Companies, Micro Finance Institutions, and Other Financial Service Institutions at OJK, stated that the liquidation team has completed the process of verifying lender claim data, and the results have been published through Investree’s official website.
According to Investree’s official website, based on the verification results, the liquidation team has determined that there are 1,708 claims designated as verified claims and nine claims designated as temporarily unverified claims.
“Based on these results, there are 1,708 lender claims with a verified value of Rp 151.78 billion,” he said in OJK’s written response to a Parliamentary Question on Information Technology in February 2026, Thursday (5 March 2026).
To date, PT Investree Radhika Jaya continues to provide an opportunity for those whose claims have not yet been verified, by submitting additional supporting documentation.
“There are still a number of claims that have temporarily not been verified and the Liquidation Team is still giving lenders the opportunity to complete supporting evidence,” he said.
Investree will pay lender claims using funds derived from the inventory of company assets as well as the results of collection or settlement from those who received loan funds (borrowers), which are currently still in the process of identification and verification by the liquidation team.
Previously, OJK revoked Investree’s fintech lending business licence on 21 October 2024 due to unresolved default problems. This prompted OJK to require Investree to establish a liquidation team in accordance with the business licence revocation.
Investree subsequently held a General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) on 14 March 2025. As a result of the RUPS decision, all shareholders approved and decided to dissolve and liquidate PT Investree Radhika Jaya.
With Investree officially dissolved, those with an interest in the company, including lenders, have been requested to submit written claims with copies of valid proof to the established liquidation team.
The submission of written claims was given a deadline of no later than 60 calendar days from the date of announcement, as specified in Article 99 paragraph (4) of Financial Services Authority Regulation 40/2024.
