According to the Head of the OIKN Authority, Basuki Hadimuljono, the investment will further strengthen the ecosystem in the IKN area.
“The presence of the apartment, hotel, sports centre, and restaurant projects not only adds to the variety of urban facilities in IKN but also strengthens the area’s ecosystem to be ready as a living, productive, and inclusive city,” explained Basuki.
The Deputy Director of PT Dian Jaya Indonesia, Cheong Seung Hwa, expressed his optimism about IKN’s development.
“We are interested in investing in IKN because this area is designed as a modern smart city with regulatory certainty, fiscal incentives, and significant potential for property and business value growth in the future,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Director of PT Biru Makmur Abadi, Abdul Rohman, views IKN as a strategic opportunity for long-term investment.
“We see IKN as a strategic long-term investment opportunity. The smart and green city concept promoted by the government is very relevant to global trends,” he stated.
The signing reflects increasing investor confidence in IKN as a new growth centre, while also affirming the OIKN Authority’s commitment to delivering integrated and sustainable city development.
Previously in Jakarta, the Authority signed several PKS with pure private investors. The signing took place at Menara Mandiri II on 27 April 2026, covering one new PKS and two addendums as regulatory adjustments.
Basuki Hadimuljono signed the new PKS with PT Kusuma Putra Alam for the development of an integrated commercial area, including a mall, apartments, offices, and supermarket. Meanwhile, two PKS addendums were signed with PT Berkat Kalimantan Abadi and PT Puri Persada Lampung as adjustments to the applicable land rights regulations.
