Investment Potential in Cikarang Strengthens
Demand for housing in the Bekasi area and its surroundings continues to show an increasing trend, as public and investor interest in property within Jakarta’s eastern corridor grows. This trend is evident in the performance of PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK), which recorded pre-sales of Rp491 billion in the first quarter of 2026, representing a 52 per cent year-on-year growth. This achievement reflects the sustained market interest in residential products, particularly landed houses.
Capitalising on this momentum, LippoLand has launched its latest residential product, the IMA6I Collection, in the Lippo Cikarlag Cosmopolis area, South Cikarang, Bekasi. CEO of LippoLand, David Iman Santosa, stated that the Bekasi region, specifically Cikarang, is in a strong growth phase driven by the expansion of industrial estates, infrastructure development, and the increasing housing needs of both workers and investors.
“Demand for housing in Jakarta’s eastern corridor continues to increase consistently, and we view this as a strategic momentum. Through the IMA6I Collection, we are not only providing quality housing but also products with solid investment value,” said David in a statement. The IMA6I Collection features six types of residential units targeting various segments, ranging from first-time homebuyers and young couples to growing and large families. The units offered have land areas ranging from 25.5 square metres to 86.4 square metres, with building areas between 25.8 square metres and 98 square metres.
Through the Early Bird Programme, prices for the IMA6I Collection are offered from Rp303 million to Rp921 million. This product is developed across three main clusters within Lippo Cikarang Cosmopolis: NEO, COSMO, and THE PATIO. Lippo Cikarang Cosmopolis is an integrated township equipped with educational facilities, healthcare services, commercial areas, and improving accessibility. These conditions are key factors driving the increased interest in housing within the Bekasi and Cikarang areas.
