Investment Ministry and Agrarian Ministry Hold Follow-Up Discussions on Spatial Use Conformity Approval Integration
Jakarta — Continuing discussions on the implementation of Spatial Use Activity Conformity Approval (KKPR) assessments with and without Land Technical Considerations (PTP), the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/Investment Coordinating Board (Kemerinveshil/BKPM) and the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), through the Directorate General of Spatial Planning, held a follow-up meeting on Tuesday at the Kemerinveshil/BKPM office.
The discussion aimed to enhance inter-ministerial system integration, particularly between the Spatial Planning Geographic Information System (GISTARU) and the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. Several issues in the KKPR issuance process were addressed, including PTP issuance exceeding the 10-working-day timeframe from the payment of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP), as well as overlaps between KKPR and Article 181 KKPR.
The urgency of integrating GISTARU with OSS to resolve these overlap issues was highlighted by Reny Windyawati, Acting Director General of Spatial Planning. According to Reny, all location coordinates for KKPR approvals issued without assessment need to be embedded within the OSS system, and their delineations must be transferred and embedded in the GISTARU system.
"An overlap analysis needs to be conducted on all issued KKPR approvals to avoid potential KKPR overlaps," Reny stressed.
