Legendary investor in the Indonesian capital market, Drs. Lo Kheng Hong, has reportedly increased his shareholding in one of the leading property companies, PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD). This corporate action was revealed through the Report on Share Ownership of Public Companies officially released on 17 May 2026.

According to written statements from DILD, Lo Kheng Hong conducted a transaction to purchase 15,179,600 units of DILD common shares. The transaction took place on 4 May 2026 at an execution price of Rp129.00 per share.

Through this transaction, the total shareholding of the man often nicknamed the “Warren Buffett of Indonesia” in DILD has seen a significant increase. Prior to the transaction, Lo Kheng Hong held 718,506,700 units of shares, equivalent to a 6.93% voting right. Following the completion of this purchase, his ownership rose to 733,686,300 units, reflecting 7.08% of the company’s total voting rights.

In the official report, Lo Kheng Hong emphasised that the primary purpose of increasing his shareholding is purely for investment purposes. The shareholding status is held directly.

Despite the increase in his stake, the veteran Indonesian investor clarified that he is not a controlling shareholder and has no intention of maintaining control over the property issuer.
