Anker Innovations is further strengthening its commitment in Indonesia by introducing its latest retail concept through the opening of the Anker New Concept Store at Summarecon Mall Serpong. More than just a place to sell products, the store is designed as an experience centre that allows consumers to directly experience technological innovations within a single integrated ecosystem.

This step comes amid the growing need of society for technology devices that support a digital lifestyle. Data shows that the number of smartphone users in Indonesia has reached more than 194 million in 2024, with an average usage time of more than six hours per day. This situation is driving the demand for practical, fast, and reliable technology solutions in daily activities.

Through its newest concept store, Anker presents a different approach from conventional retail stores. The store adopts a premium experience store concept, where visitors not only view products but can also try and understand how Anker’s technology works in real life. All main product lines, from Anker for chargers and power banks, Soundcore for audio, to Eufy for smart home, are presented in a single interconnected space.

“Through this concept store, we want to bring an experience that is closer to consumers. Not just seeing products, but also directly feeling how Anker’s technology can become part of everyday life,” said Flame Xia, Indonesia Country Manager of Anker Innovations.

He added that Indonesia is one of Anker Innovations’ strategic markets in Southeast Asia. Therefore, the presence of this new concept store is part of the company’s long-term strategy to build stronger relationships with consumers through a more personal and relevant approach.

Currently, Anker has more than 60 stores in Indonesia and targets expansion to 100 new outlets by 2027. This expansion will focus not only on the Jabodetabek area but also on other major cities such as Surabaya, Bali, Medan, and Bandung, including strategic locations like airports.

Ridwan Hidayat, General Manager of Anker Indonesia, PT Integritas Dinamika Indonesia, explained that this strategy is part of an omnichannel approach that combines the strengths of online and offline distribution.

“So far, Anker Innovations has been known to be strong in e-commerce. Through this concept store, we complement that experience by providing a physical space where consumers can try our products directly. This is part of our commitment to getting closer to Indonesian consumers,” Ridwan clarified.

In the store, visitors can enjoy various interactive experiences, including trying flagship products such as Anker Prime and Anker Solix for charging needs, Soundcore Clip Series for practical audio experiences, and the eufy Robot Vacuum C28, which offers technology-based home cleaning solutions.

Not only that, the store also serves as a service point for Eufy users, including drop-off for robot vacuum units if repairs are needed.

As part of the grand opening celebration, Anker presents various attractive offers for consumers, including discounts of up to 50 percent as well as free Anker Zolo Charger gifts worth Rp119,000 during the period from 9 to 30 April 2026.

Looking ahead, Anker hopes that the presence of this concept store will not only be a shopping place but also a space for consumers to get to know more closely the technological innovations that can support productivity and modern lifestyles.

Anker products are available through various official channels, including Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop Anker Indonesia, as well as through the official website at www.ankerindonesia.com and the Instagram account @ankerindonesia.
