International Hotel Group Strengthens Presence in Bali

Radisson Hotel Group is further strengthening its presence in Indonesia through the development of Bloom Hotel Bali Ungasan. Bloom Hotel Bali Ungasan is targeted to begin operations by the end of 2029.

The hotel will have 145 rooms, including 22 suites, spread across two four-storey buildings surrounding the main swimming pool. In addition to accommodation, the hotel will offer a range of lifestyle facilities, including an all-day dining restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a spa, a gym, a yoga room, and a swimming pool.

Located in Ungasan, in the Bukit Peninsula area, the hotel is situated in a region known for its dramatic limestone cliff landscapes and white sandy beaches. Its location is highly strategic, just around an hour’s drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport and five minutes from Melasti Beach.

A number of other iconic destinations such as Uluwatu and Batu Mejan Temple can be reached within 10 to 20 minutes by car. “Bali continues to be one of the most attractive tourism and investment destinations in the region,” said Armand Steinmeyer, Vice President, Development, Southeast Asia, Radisson Hotel Group.

Steinmeyer added that through the Radisson Individuals brand, hotel owners have the flexibility to maintain the unique character of their property while still benefiting from Radisson Hotel Group’s global network and operational expertise. A spokesperson for HQC Group stated that the partnership aims to meet the expectations of today’s travellers who seek a balance between spacious accommodation, appealing culinary concepts, and a focus on wellness.

Currently, Radisson Hotel Group operates three hotels in Indonesia with a total of 593 rooms. Five other hotels are under development. Bloom Hotel Bali Ungasan will complement the Bali portfolio, which already includes Radisson Blu Resort Bali Uluwatu as well as upcoming projects in Canggu and Ubud.
