Alfamart also provides a choice of rack types that are tailored to the amount of capital and the size of the building owned by prospective franchisees.
9-rack outlet type (30 m2): IDR 300 million
18-rack outlet type (60 m2): IDR 350 million
36-rack outlet type (80 m2): IDR 450 million
45-rack outlet type (100 m2): IDR 500 million
The capital includes:
Franchise fee of IDR 45 million for 5 years
Electrical installation
Outlet equipment and air conditioner
Cash register and retail information system
Shop sign and pole sign
Outlet permits
Promotion and store opening preparation
It should be noted that the estimated investment value is outside of property investment and may change according to conditions during the store opening process.
- New Outlet Franchise - Conversion
This collaboration offers a franchise to owners of local minimarket or general stores who want to expand their business. Alfamart provides two facilities for store owners who take this program, namely:
Recognition of merchandise owned by local minimarket or general stores as merchandise for opening stock of the Alfamart franchise outlet
Racks owned by local minimarket or general stores can be used and recognized as a reduction in investment costs (rack criteria must meet Alfamart outlet rack standards)

Conversion store opening
- Take Over Outlet Franchise
The last collaboration is by buying an existing Alfamart outlet at a predetermined “package” price. The amount of capital for this type of take over outlet franchise varies starting from IDR 800 million.
The amount of capital includes:
Franchise fee of IDR 45 million for 5 years
Location rent for 5 years
Outlet equipment and air conditioner (AC)
Cash register and retail information system
Shop sign and pole sign
Outlet agreement
Goodwill

Alfamart Royalty Fees
Partners who open Alfamart outlets will be subject to royalties. This fee is calculated progressively from the net sales of the outlet and does not include tax.
Net sales of IDR 0 to IDR 150,000,000: royalty 0%
Net sales of IDR 150,000,001 to IDR 175,000,000: royalty 1%
Net sales of IDR 175,000,001 to IDR 200,000,000: royalty 2%
Net sales of IDR 200,000,001 to IDR 250,000,000: royalty 3%
Net sales of IDR 250,000,001 and above: royalty 4%
Requirements for Opening an Alfamart Outlet
Anyone can open an Alfamart outlet through a franchise collaboration. However, there are several requirements that must be met, namely:
Have an interest in the minimarket industry
Indonesian citizen with a Business Entity (CV, PT, Cooperative, and Foundation)
Already own or will own a business location with a minimum sales area of 100 m2 (excluding warehouse and administrative space). Total overall land ± 150 m2 to 250 m2.
Meet the requirements for permits such as Neighbor Permit, Domicile Permit, Business License, TDP/NIB, Taxpayer Identification Number, NPPKP, STPW, IUTM (varies in each region).
Willing to follow the systems and procedures that apply at Alfamart.
