Interest in Strategic Housing Remains High Amid Global Dynamics
Ciputra Group observes that public interest in housing in strategic locations remains high amid evolving global dynamics. This is reflected in the market’s response to the launch of Citra Homes Halim in East Jakarta.
The housing development was introduced through a soft launch on 18 April 2026, featuring the inaugural cluster, Cluster Villandry. On the first day of the launch, 243 units were fully reserved after consumers paid the down payment.
“The positive response we received before the soft launch indicates that the need for modern housing in strategic locations is still very high,” said Project Leader of Citra Homes Halim, Kurniawan Santosa, in Jakarta, quoted Friday (24/4/2026).
He stated that the high public interest was evident from the early marketing stage. The sales achievement on the first day serves as a strong indicator that the market is still absorbing housing products in strategic locations.
This achievement has prompted the developer to open the next phase by introducing Cluster Versailles with 218 units, which began marketing on 19 April 2026. This step was taken to accommodate the ongoing demand.
“We see that the Halim area has tremendous potential along with the ongoing infrastructure development and its strategic location,” said General Manager of Sales and Marketing for Citra Homes Halim, Michael Ade Suwanto.
Ade added that, besides serving as housing, the project is also considered to have attractive prospects as an investment instrument. The market response since the initial launch indicates this potential.
Citra Homes Halim is located in the Halim area, East Jakarta, supported by connectivity to various major infrastructure. The location is about 10 minutes from Halim Perdanakusuma Airport and the TMII Toll exit, 15 minutes from the Halim Toll exit, and around 20 minutes to the Whoosh High-Speed Rail Halim Station.
Access to public transportation is also relatively easy, including about 15 minutes to the TMII LRT Station and 7 minutes to the Makasar TransJakarta stop. The integration of toll networks and transportation modes facilitates residents’ mobility to business centres or Jakarta’s Golden Triangle area.
In terms of products, Cluster Villandry offers five housing type options designed for modern family needs. Each unit prioritises natural lighting, good air circulation, and functional spatial layout.
The area development adopts the concept of an exclusive modern housing style with touches of French architecture reflected in the characteristic facade elements. This includes elegant curved details and architectural ornaments.
To support residents’ activities, the area is equipped with facilities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness centre, and green open spaces. A 24-hour security system is also prepared to provide comfort.
In terms of financing, Ciputra Group has partnered with 19 cooperating banks to provide Home Ownership Credit (KPR) services. This collaboration offers various financing scheme alternatives for consumers, from interest rates and tenors to instalment simulations that can be adjusted to needs.
