Every piece of gold brought by customers will be tested directly in front of them using special machines with high accuracy up to 99.99 percent. This way, customers can see for themselves the purity of their gold without doubt. ‘If it’s 20 karat, we say it’s 20 karat. Everything is checked in front of the customer,’ explained Juan. This approach is not without reason. In a short time since operating, they claim to have received many stories from customers who felt disadvantaged elsewhere—either due to prices not meeting expectations or unclear information. Not only intact gold, Jual Mas Indonesia also offers services for damaged, broken, or undocumented gold. Interestingly, this decision stems from personal experience. ‘I myself have a gold shop, and in the past, we didn’t accept damaged gold. So I know how it feels to be rejected,’ revealed Juan.
