Sholat Hajat is a Sunnah prayer performed by a Muslim when one has a hajat (a need) and wishes to seek help from Allah SWT to have one’s affairs made easy. Subḥânal-ladzî labisal-’izza wa qâla bihî.

Subḥânal-ladzî ta‘aththafa bil-majdi wa takarrama bihî.

Subḥâna dzil-’izzi wal-karâmi, subḥâna dzith-thauli.

As’aluka bimu‘âqidil-’izzi min ’arsyika wa muntahar-raḥmati min kitâbika wa bismikal-a‘dhami wa jaddikal-a‘lā wa kalimâtikat-tâmmâtil-’âmmâtil-latî lâ yujâwizuhunna birrun wa lâ fâjirun an tushalliya ’alā sayyidinâ Muḥammadin wa ’alâ âli sayyidinâ Muḥammadin.

Lā ilâha illallâhul-ḥalîmul-karîm, lâ ilâha illallâhul-’aliyyul-’adhîm.

Subḥânallāhi rabbil-’arsyil-’adhîm wal-ḥamdulillāhi rabbil-’âlamîn.

Allāhumma innî as’aluka mûjibâti raḥmatika, wa ’azâ’ima maghfiratika, wal-ghanîmata min kulli birrin, was-salâmata min kulli itsmin.

Lâ tada‘ lî dzanban illâ ghafartahû, wa lâ hamman illâ farrajtahû, wa lâ ḥâjatan hiya laka ridlan illâ qadlaitahâ yâ arḥamar-râḥimîn.

Meaning

“Glory be to Allah who wears majesty and speaks with it. Glory be to Allah who envelops Himself with majesty and honours with it. Glory be to the One who has majesty and generosity; glory be to the One who possesses the puissance.

I ask You by the throne of Your majesty from Your Throne, by the apex of Your mercy from Your book, by Your Greatest Name and by Your Highest Title and by Your complete and all-encompassing Words which no righteous person nor wicked person can surpass, that You send blessings upon our master Muhammad and upon the family of our master Muhammad.

There is no god but Allah the Gentle and Generous; there is no god but Allah the Most High and Most Great. Glory be to Allah, Lord of the Mighty Throne. All praise is due to Allah, Lord of all the worlds.

O Allah, I ask You for that which brings Your mercy, the certainty of Your forgiveness, the means to receive every goodness, and deliverance from every sin. Do not leave me with a single sin unforgiven, nor a single sorrow without relief, nor a need that pleases You without fulfilling it, O Most Merciful of those who show mercy.”

Do not leave me with any sin unforgiven, nor any worry relieved, nor any need that pleases You unfulfilled, O most merciful of the merciful.
