Integrated Property Ecosystem Boosts Industry Efficiency

The national construction and property industry is moving towards a more integrated ecosystem, driven by rising construction demands, smart living trends, and the need for environmentally friendly and sustainable materials. Industry players are now required not only to deliver aesthetically pleasing buildings but also efficient, technology-driven structures that meet modern lifestyle needs.

Meanwhile, material procurement and project requirements still face challenges due to fragmented supply chains. Architects, contractors, interior designers, developers, and the public often have to source building materials, finishes, ceramics, and property references separately, impacting project time and cost efficiency. This situation underpins the organisation of Megabuild 2026, Keramika 2026, and Megaproperty 2026, scheduled for 4-7 June 2026.

Under the concept of The Ultimate 3-in-1 Sourcing Hub, the integrated exhibition combines building materials, ceramics, sanitary ware, smart home solutions, and property into a single platform. The organisers aim to provide end-to-end solutions for the construction and spatial industry, from material needs and building technology to housing and property investment.

Megabuild 2026 will showcase structural building material innovations, smart home technology, and finishing products. Keramika 2026 will feature ceramic manufacturing machinery, tiles, and sanitary ware. Megaproperty 2026 will serve as a platform for residential and commercial developers to present their flagship projects. The timing of these exhibitions aligns with the positive recovery of the national property sector, driven by high housing demand and backlog, particularly among millennials and Gen Z.

Simultaneously, the national ceramic industry continues to demonstrate competitiveness through increased production capacity utilisation and modern interior design trends. This is expected to create greater opportunities for using globally competitive local materials in national construction projects.

Royanto Handaya, President Director of Panorama Media, stated that the integrated exhibition is designed not just as a product showcase but as an industry growth catalyst. “We have designed the 2026 edition not merely as an exhibition, but as an economic growth catalyst. By uniting Megabuild, Keramika, and Megaproperty, we are providing a stage for the best innovations in materials, architectural technology, and property investment, enabling all stakeholders to accelerate within a single platform,” he said.

Edy Suyanto, Chairman of the Indonesian Ceramic Industry Association (ASAKI), said the national ceramic industry is now better prepared to compete globally in terms of quality, design, and production technology. “Keramika 2026 is a showcase of national ceramic industry pride. We aim to prove that local manufacturers’ quality, design, and technology are ready to compete globally while meeting premium project needs in Indonesia,” he said.

Support for the event also comes from the Indonesian Architects Association (IAI) and the Indonesian Interior Designers Association (HDII), who view such integrated platforms as vital reference hubs for innovative and sustainable materials.

Beyond product and technology exhibitions, the event will feature business matching sessions, architecture and design conferences, live product demonstrations, and launches of new innovations by exhibitors.

The exhibition is expected to serve as a meeting point for B2B markets—factories, distributors, architects, contractors, developers—and B2C markets, including investors and the general public seeking modern construction and housing solutions within an integrated ecosystem. (E-3)
