INTCC Connect 2026: Strengthening Indonesia-Thailand Business and Legal Cooperation
Indonesia-Thai Chamber of Commerce (INTCC) organised the INTCC Connect: Networking Reception in Bangkok on Wednesday, 20 May 2026.
The event brought together key figures from diplomatic circles, business leaders, trade associations, and cross-industry professionals across the ASEAN region.
INTCC Chairman Hardy Chandra stressed the importance of strengthening Indonesia-Thailand business connectivity through sustainable cross-sector collaboration.
INTCC Secretary-General Donny M. Yogantoro said such forums not only bolster bilateral business relations but also create opportunities for cross-sector synergy, including professional and legal services.
Donny added that the presence of professional institutions, including law firms, is crucial in building a trustworthy investment ecosystem.
At the event, Probus Consilium Advocates & Counselors at Law, an Indonesian law firm participating through its Managing Partner Naik Henokh Parmenas, viewed regional forums like INTCC Connect as a key opportunity for legal firms to understand evolving international business dynamics.
He noted that demand for cross-jurisdictional legal support is growing alongside increased regional investment and collaboration.
“Probus Consilium’s presence at INTCC Connect is part of our commitment to staying close to the international business ecosystem,” Parmenas said.
He added that support for foreign investment and bilateral trade would continue.
The firm has facilitated millions of dollars in foreign investment into Indonesia and will continue innovating in this area.
Modern law firms, he explained, must go beyond formal legal matters to act as strategic partners for businesses navigating global challenges.
“We believe high-quality legal services must provide security while supporting clients’ sustainable business growth,” he added.
The exclusive and warm event was attended by Indonesian Ambassador to Thailand H.E. Hari Prabowo, representatives of international trade organisations, regional company leaders, and other ASEAN business communities.
Held under the theme ‘Connect, Engage, Grow Together’, INTCC Connect 2026 serves as a networking forum strengthening cross-sector collaboration between Indonesia and Thailand in Southeast Asia.
