INTA Reduces Net Loss to Rp81.09 Billion in 2025
Heavy equipment, construction, and infrastructure provider PT Intraco Penta Tbk (INTA) recorded a reduction in its net loss for the year to Rp81.09 billion in 2025, down from Rp117.84 billion in the previous year. President Director Petrus Halim stated that the company continues to strengthen its business transformation and risk management discipline to maintain healthy performance amid economic dynamics and industry challenges. “The company remains committed to executing a prudent, adaptive, and long-term oriented business strategy,” Petrus said in an official statement received in Jakarta on Sunday. The company posted consolidated operating revenue of Rp966.92 billion in 2025, an increase compared to the previous year’s Rp954.68 billion. Petrus said the performance improvement reflects the effectiveness of the transformation measures undertaken, including operational performance improvements, governance strengthening, business portfolio optimisation, and a focus on business segments with long-term prospects. At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) for the 2025 financial year, shareholders approved all proposed agenda items. Looking ahead to 2026, the company stated it is focusing on strengthening business fundamentals, accelerating debt repayment, improving the capital structure, and reducing financial expense pressures. The company will also strengthen its key customer segments through a key account and project-based sales approach to increase sales contributions from strategic customers. In the rental business line, INTA continues to promote heavy equipment rental as a more stable and sustainable revenue pillar through its subsidiaries. From an investment perspective, the company said it will implement a selective capital expenditure policy, allocating capital spending only to assets that support the core business strategy and provide optimal added value. “We hope the measures that have been prepared will further strengthen the company’s competitiveness, increase profitability, and create sustainable business growth,” Petrus concluded.
