“This achievement becomes a foundation for improving service quality and expanding collaboration,” he said.
In line with the strengthening performance, Tripa also undertook several partnerships during its 48th anniversary. On the other hand, Tripa began introducing digital channel development through the soft launch of the company’s website and mobile apps. These channels are prepared to make it easier for customers to obtain information and access company services. The development of the website and mobile apps is still being carried out in stages and is targeted to be fully operational by the end of 2026. Koen said digital transformation is directed not only at providing new technology, but also at improving customer experience.
“Transformation is not merely about presenting new digital channels, but about making customer interactions easier and more comfortable,” he said.
In addition to business and digital development, Tripa also launched Project 1978 EHKY, which focuses on developing the company’s human capital. The programme is directed at improving human resource capabilities to be more adaptive to industry changes and technological developments. Koen assessed that human resource readiness is an important part of maintaining the sustainability of the company’s transformation.
“Business growth and technological development need to go hand in hand with quality improvement,” he concluded.
