Jakarta — PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk (BELI), or Blibli, recorded consolidated revenue of Rp14.83 trillion in the first half of 2026. The result was supported by growth in its institutional segment, which outperformed other segments.

Blibli Chief Corporate Officer and Investor Relations Eric Winarta said growth in the institutional segment reflected corporate clients’ trust in the company’s ability to meet their procurement needs.

“We can provide a broad product portfolio, supported by strong distribution capabilities,” he said at PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk’s 2026 Annual Public Expose on Wednesday (14 October 2026).

Eric said the company’s focus in the institutional segment was on growth and its quality, including maintaining margins, improving operational efficiency and managing working capital in a disciplined manner.

“Going forward, we will continue to strengthen our relationships with institutional clients and expand our solutions and services in line with each client’s needs,” Eric said.

“We therefore hope this segment will continue to grow and make a positive contribution to the company as it works towards profitability,” he added.

In the first half of 2026, Blibli generated revenue of Rp14.8 trillion, up from Rp9.59 trillion in the same period of 2025. The company said all business segments recorded solid double-digit growth, particularly the institutional segment and physical stores.

The take rate increased from 8.6% in the first half of 2025 to 9% in the first half of 2026, supported mainly by higher take rates in the first-party and third-party retail segments. This reflected 17% year-on-year growth in gross profit before discount (GPBD) during the period.

BELI reduced consolidated operating expenses as a proportion of total processing value (TPV) from 7.2% in the first half of 2025 to 6.3% in the first half of 2026. This contributed to a 170-basis-point year-on-year improvement in consolidated EBITDA as a proportion of TPV.

BELI also expanded its omnichannel capabilities. It operated 347 consumer electronics stores, 24 home electronics stores and one fashion and sports store, as well as 60 premium supermarket outlets and 39 home and living experience centres.
