Jakarta – The feud between the social media influencer and owner of the Bibi Kelinci restaurant, Nabilah O’Brien, and guitarist Zhendy Kusuma has finally reached a resolution. The two parties agreed to a settlement after mediation by the Investigation Supervision Bureau (Wassidik) of the Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) Polri. The mediation took place at the Bareskrim building, Jakarta, on Sunday, 8 March 2026. During the meeting, the parties, who had previously filed complaints against each other, agreed to resolve the matter amicably. The head of the Public Information Bureau of the Public Relations Division of the Indonesian Police, Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, stated that the mediation was attended by the involved parties. “Four parties were present and subsequently signed the peace agreement,” he told reporters on Sunday, 8 March 2026. The attendees were Nabilah O’Brien, Zhendy Kusuma, Zhendy’s wife Evi Santi Rahayu, and a representative for Nabilah named KDH. Under the agreement, both parties agreed to withdraw the police reports that had been filed previously. “As we stated earlier in the peace agreement, and during this process each party has withdrawn their respective complaints against the other,” he said. Not only that, they also agreed to remove posts related to the polemic from their social media accounts. Although they have reconciled, Trunoyudo has not confirmed whether the suspect status previously attached to both parties will automatically be dropped. He emphasised that the police process aims to deliver justice for all involved. “There is indeed a process documented in the reports. Our projection is to ensure justice for all parties, both sides,” he added. Previously, Nabilah took legal steps after being named a suspect in a potential defamation case related to CCTV footage uploaded at her restaurant. Through her legal representative, Nabilah has now filed a request for a special investigation meeting to the Biro Pengawasan Penyidikan (Wassidik) Bareskrim Polri. The step was taken to reassess the designation of Nabilah as a suspect, who herself claims to be the victim of theft at her business. “We have written to Wassidik for a special investigation meeting; I hope the Wassidik Bureau can view this objectively,” said Nabilah’s lawyer, Goldie Natasya Swarovski, on Friday, 6 March 2026.
