Instagram Instants: How to Use, Delete, and Disable It

Jakarta — Instagram has launched a new feature named Instants. The feature is designed as a new way to share authentic, temporary photos that are sent immediately when the photo is taken. However, since it began rolling out to users in several countries, including Indonesia, Instants has sparked confusion and complaints. Many users say they are unintentionally sending photos to others because they do not understand how the feature works. Instants can be accessed via a small stack of photos icon in the bottom-right corner of the Instagram inbox. When users first open the feature, they will see a brief explanation stating that the photo will disappear automatically, that there is no viewer list, and that replies and reactions are private.
