Innova Community Distributes 200 Saplings and 2,000 Fish Seeds in Bogor
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Innova Community (IC) is utilising its 20th anniversary as a momentum to strengthen environmental awareness through the planting of 200 saplings and the distribution of 2,000 fish seeds in the Lake Cigwa area, Bogor, West Java.
This step demonstrates that automotive community activities are not only oriented towards vehicles and driving activities but can also be directed towards providing benefits for the environment surrounding the event locations.
The General Chairman of Innova Community, Nugraha Reza, stated that the activity is part of the community’s efforts to expand the benefits of every agenda organised.
“The theme for the 20th Anniversary of Innova Community this year is ‘Car Meet for Hybrid Experience’,” said Nugraha Reza in an official statement on Sunday.
The event was also designed as a moment of togetherness, using a car meet concept that brought together various generations of Kijang Innova owned by members, ranging from the earliest generations to the latest.
The series of activities also included vehicle inspections through the Toyota Home Service (THS) from Auto2000 Siliwangi, Bogor. This service included oil changes, emission tests, and general vehicle inspections.
Participants then took part in a session to share experiences regarding the use of hybrid vehicles, including fuel efficiency and practicality in daily activities.
According to Reza, hybrid technology has become a topic of interest for community members due to its relation to fuel efficiency.
“Through this activity, we want to provide an opportunity for all participants to directly experience the use of hybrid technology. Many members are interested in the efficiency of the Kijang Innova Zenix Hybrid, especially given current fuel prices,” he said.
The celebration of Innova Community’s two decades was supported by several parties, including Toyota-Astra Motor, Auto2000 Siliwangi Bogor, MyPertamina, Pertamina Dex, Dunlop, CTR, Carinemu.id, Beebot, Garda Oto, NGK Spark & Plug, and 3cm Florist.
