Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The state-owned enterprise holding for the aviation and tourism sector, PT Aviasi Pariwisata Indonesia (Persero) or InJourney, has confirmed that the implementation of Eid travel and return flows in 2026 across its entire managed ecosystem ran smoothly and under control.
Increased societal mobility proceeded without hitches thanks to airport operational readiness, flight capacity optimisation, and connectivity support to tourism areas. This success marks InJourney’s important role in managing the aviation and tourism ecosystem in an integrated manner.
“The Eid holiday period represents a phase of very high societal mobility, so we optimised operational readiness, cross-stakeholder coordination, and service optimisation. These efforts are not solely aimed at increasing traffic but also at creating memorable travel experiences. Through strengthening customer experience and service integration across the entire ecosystem, we ensure that the public not only reaches their destinations but also enjoys every travel and holiday process in a more seamless and memorable way,” said InJourney’s President Director, Maya Watono, in an official statement on Wednesday (1/4/2026).

These scores were obtained from Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey results from around 2,000 respondents or aircraft passengers at the airports.
