PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia (InJourney Airports) has distributed 79 cows and 10 goats through its Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental (TJSL) Programme for Idul Adha 2026.

The animals were distributed to communities around its airports, with the meat subsequently shared with local residents.

InJourney Airports President Director Mohammad R. Pahlevi stated that the initiative aims to strengthen national Idul Adha values.

“The distribution of cows and goats during Idul Adha, part of the InJourney Airports Shares programme, takes place across airports from west to east Indonesia. We hope this benefits surrounding communities and strengthens brotherhood, social awareness, solidarity, and mutual assistance,” he said in a written statement on Saturday, 30 May 2026.

“Idul Adha is also a moment for us to express gratitude and reflect on the meanings of sincerity, trustworthiness, and sacrifice,” he added.

InJourney Airports currently manages 37 airports in Indonesia, including the five busiest: Soekarno-Hatta in Tangerang, I Gusti Ngurah Rai in Bali, Juanda in Surabaya, Sultan Hasanuddin in Makassar, and Kualanamu in Deli Serdang.

InJourney Airports Human Capital Director Adi Nugroho said the annual distribution of cows and goats for Idul Adha is part of the company’s initiatives.

He noted that the InJourney Airports Shares programme aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

“Through animal distribution and other activities, we hope InJourney Airports can directly benefit communities, particularly those around airports. Airports play a role in implementing SDG-aligned programmes while serving air travel and enhancing local connectivity,” said Adi Nugroho.
