Infographic: Dadan Hindayana Removed from Office and Detained

The Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung) conducted a raid on the BGN office today, collecting a significant amount of evidence. Following the investigation, the Attorney General’s Office has named Dadan Hindayana, along with two former Deputy Heads of BGN, Sony Sonjaya and Lodewyk Pusung, as suspects.

The Director of Investigation at the Jampidsus of the Attorney General’s Office, Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, stated that the investigation was carried out based on a warrant dated 29 May 2026. The designation of suspects followed the examination of the three individuals as witnesses.

Dadan left the Office of the Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) in South Jakarta on Wednesday (3/6) at approximately 17:12 WIB. Dadan, alongside Sony and Lodewyk, has now been detained by the Attorney General’s Office. The detention occurred less than 24 hours after their removal from office.
