Jakarta (ANTARA) - Infinix has unveiled its flagship smartphone, the Infinix Note 60 Ultra, at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026 in Barcelona, Spain, from 2 to 5 March. According to Gizmochina on Thursday, the phone features premium elements such as a redesigned camera module, satellite communication support, a large battery aimed at heavy users, and a high-spec camera setup. Infinix has enlisted Italian design house Pininfarina to design the unibody aluminium construction of the Infinix Note 60 Ultra. The rear panel uses a single sheet of Gorilla Glass Victus and integrates what the company calls a Uni-Chassis camera module, which makes the rear cameras appear non-protrusive. The rear panel also includes a unique notification light and a hidden dot-matrix display capable of showing notifications and system icons. Photography support on the phone includes a triple-camera system comprising a 200 MP Samsung ISOCELL HPE main sensor, a 50 MP Samsung JN5 periscope telephoto lens that supports 3.5x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom, and a 112-degree ultra-wide lens. The imaging system is powered by Infinix’s XDR Image Engine with Ultra HDR capture to enhance dynamic range. At the front, the Infinix Note 60 Ultra features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The phone uses a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate chipset built on a 4nm process. For the operating system, Infinix uses XOS 16 based on Android 16, with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The Note 60 Ultra is equipped with a 7000 mAh battery, supporting 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Additional features include JBL-tuned stereo speakers, an IP64 rating, and two-way satellite voice calling and messaging for communication in areas without cellular coverage. The Infinix Note 60 Ultra has been listed in Malaysia at 3,000 Malaysian ringgit (approximately Rp12 million) for the RAM 12GB and ROM 256GB model. The device is available in Torino Black, Monza Red, Amalfi Blue, and Roma Silver. Translator: Livia Kristianti
