INET Restructures Contract, Now Partners with WIFI Parent for IP Transit
JAKARTA – PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk (INET) is adjusting the structure of its IP Transit service partnership. This change shifts the collaboration from a subsidiary entity to the parent company. The business scope is also being expanded from previously only Fibre to the Home (FTTH) to include Fixed Wireless Access (FWA). The partnership previously conducted with PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem (IJE) is now being transferred to PT Jaringan Infra Andalan (JIA). JIA is the parent company of IJE and is under PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI). This change directs the partnership focus to JIA. This entity controls the FTTH business line through IJE as well as FWA through other entities such as Telemedia. “This partnership structure at the parent entity level (JIA) allows for a broader scope of service utilisation across its business units. Previously limited only to FTTH, it now develops into a more comprehensive offering that includes bandwidth needs for both FTTH and FWA services,” said INET Corporate Secretary Arki Rifazka on Tuesday (31/3/2026). The structural adjustment is accompanied by administrative and financial steps. On 2 January 2026, INET and IJE agreed to cancel the fibre optic cable infrastructure agreement made in 2025. INET has received back a guarantee fund of Rp 61 billion on 6 January 2026. INET’s subsidiary, PT Pusat Fiber Indonesia (PFI), also terminated the IP Transit service agreement with IJE in February 2026. PFI returned an advance payment of Rp 48.51 billion on 23 February 2026. Management emphasises that this series of transactions constitutes an adjustment to the partnership structure. This change does not mean the termination of the partnership. This step is taken to strengthen INET’s position as the primary bandwidth supplier within the JIA ecosystem, including business entities affiliated with WIFI. Structurally, JIA is a direct entity of WIFI with 99.99 per cent share ownership. Under JIA is IJE with 50.84 per cent ownership. JIA is also the parent of PT Telemedia Komunikasi Pratama through an indirect ownership chain. Through this partnership, INET is connected to several entities under JIA in an integrated scheme. Management advises investors to refer to the official financial reports to understand the transaction details.
