The Jakarta-Bogor electric train is following in the footsteps of the metro mini, dropping passengers off all over the place. This is very inconvenient for the other passengers.

We recently boarded the electric train for Bogor, but had to disembark at Depok Lama. A technical breakdown, we were told. We had to wait patiently for the next train to Bogor. After many hours, the only train we spotted was the Depok Lama-bound train. Imagine how many passengers were waiting for the Bogor train!

This happens all the time. The trains are usually packed with passengers, and stifling crowded coaches are the norm.

Then the times when the Jakarta train has to abruptly make a U-turn back to Jakarta, with no plausible explanation.

We appeal to the State Railway Company (PJKA) to improve its management. Without good management, there can be no good service.
