JAKARTA - PT Indika Energy Tbk (INDY) has responded to reports suggesting the company is exploring the partial or full divestment of its shareholding in its subsidiary, PT Kideco Jaya Agung. The company stressed that it will not comment on rumours or speculation circulating in the market.

Indika Energy Corporate Secretary Adi Pramono stated that the company remains committed to upholding the principle of information disclosure in accordance with capital market regulations. However, regarding reports on its investment portfolio, the company has chosen not to address the circulating speculation.

‘In connection with recent media reports regarding the company’s investment portfolio, the company does not provide comments on market rumours or speculation,’ Adi said in an information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Friday (17/7/2026).

Adi affirmed that any material information or developments will be conveyed to the public through the company’s official channels in compliance with applicable disclosure regulations. The company also stated that it possesses no material information, facts, or events that could affect its share price or business continuity that have not been disclosed to the public.

Amid the divestment rumours, INDY revealed that PT Kideco Jaya Agung’s contribution to its consolidated financial performance remains very significant. Based on the consolidated financial statements as of 31 March 2026, INDY’s revenue reached US$ 493.2 million, with Kideco contributing US$ 377.4 million, or approximately 72.8% of total consolidated revenue.

In terms of profitability, INDY recorded a consolidated net profit of US$ 7 million, whereas the net profit contribution from Kideco amounted to US$ 42.4 million. Responding to an IDX query regarding the potential change in revenue profile should the Kideco divestment actually materialise, the company reiterated that it will not comment on market rumours or speculation.

‘Any material information or developments will be conveyed to the public transparently through the company’s official channels, in accordance with applicable information disclosure regulations,’ management wrote.
