Indra Kesuma, known as Indra Kenz, has returned to prison after his conditional release was revoked. He has been sent to Tangerang Prison rather than back to his former cell at Cibinong Prison.

“He was transferred at 11.30am on Friday and departed for Tangerang Prison. At 2.30pm, he had just been admitted to Tangerang Class I Prison,” said Ishadi Maja Prayitn, head of the Development and Services Division at the West Java Regional Office of the Directorate General of Corrections, as quoted by detik on Saturday (10 October 2026).

Indra Kenz’s conditional release was reviewed after he was suspected of being involved in preparing luxury facilities at Cibinong Prison. The Ministry of Immigration and Corrections’ Directorate General of Corrections subsequently revoked his release, following a recommendation based on findings by the Ombudsman.

“He was also co-operative and willing to accept the revocation of his conditional-release decree,” Ishadi said.

Indra Kenz had received conditional release on 24 September 2026, one day after the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia uncovered the luxury facilities.

He has served about five years of a 10-year prison sentence for the Binomo investment fraud case and money laundering.
