Indovision's poor service

I'm a subscriber to Indovision (P.T. Matahara Lintas Cakrawala) and I have patiently ignored the customer service representatives' unfriendly behavior over a period of five (!) years.

Every month I get hustled by Indovision, either via telephone, SMS or E-mail to pay my subscription fee. When I answer that I already transferred the money (via BNI, Amlapura) they request a fax of the bank receipt, which means more paperwork and costs for me.

It always takes several complaints until my transfers finally show up on Indovision's statement! Indovision has only two bank accounts: Lippo and BCA. Branches of these banks are more then 50 kilometers from my home in Amlapura, Bali.

For a Rp 295,500 per month subscription fee, is it too much to expect some professional service? Indovision should consider opening accounts at other major banks in Indonesia. BNI is the second largest in the country to make it easier for customers who do not live in big cities.

Indovision does not even have a nation-wide toll-free customer telephone number! I would like to know how many other subscribers are facing similar problems with Indovision's poor service.
