Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (Indosat or IOH) confirms that Ramadhan and Idulfitri 2026 in Jakarta Raya will be more comfortable, safe, and remain connected. Jakarta Raya covers Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Karawang, Banten, and West Java (Jawa Barat).

EVP-Head of Circle Jakarta Raya Swandi Tjia said Indosat has strengthened its network on more than 75 mudik routes and hundreds of strategic points across Indonesia to ensure customers remain connected during Ramadhan and Idulfitri.

“Specifically in Circle Jakarta Raya, the highest traffic spike occurs in Bogor, Tangerang, Sukabumi, and Garut with increases ranging from 18%–47%,” Swandi said on Wednesday evening (4 March 2026).

According to Swandi, the Jakarta Raya circle recorded significant data traffic growth in Outer Jakarta areas such as Bogor, Tangerang, Sukabumi, and Garut, with increases of 18 to 47 percent. The network reinforcement was undertaken to ensure customers remain connected during Ramadhan and Idulfitri.

“This strengthening ensures the digital experience for customers remains stable as demand for communication rises significantly during Ramadhan,” Swandi said.

Ramadhan is about staying connected with family, rekindling ties, and sharing moments that must not be broken. Indosat has also launched through the campaign #LebihBaikIndosat with the spirit You Only Need One (YONO) of goodness in the Ramadhan month.

“Indosat believes that at the most important moments, people only need one connection that can be truly relied upon, with a strong network, secure digital, and genuine care,” he said.
