Indosat (ISAT) Pays Out Jumbo Dividend and Appoints 3 New Directors
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - PT Indosat Tbk. (ISAT) has agreed to set the dividend distribution for the 2025 fiscal year at Rp3.58 trillion, equivalent to Rp111 per share. This dividend will be taken from last year’s net profit of Rp5.51 trillion.
The decision was made at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Tuesday (5/5/2026). The dividend will be distributed no later than 30 days after the announcement of the official meeting minutes.
The meeting also set the remaining net profit for the 2025 fiscal year at Rp1.93 trillion as retained earnings.
In addition, Indosat’s AGMS approved changes to the board members. This includes the appointment of Reski Damayanti, Apoorva Mehrotra, and Honesti Basyir as members of the Board of Directors, effective from the closing of the meeting. Furthermore, shareholders approved the appointment of Seppalga Ahmad as a Company Commissioner, effective from the closing of the meeting.
Reski Damayanti has over two decades of experience in law, regulation, and corporate governance in the telecommunications and FMCG sectors in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
Meanwhile, Apoorva Mehrotra has held various strategic positions at Airtel and Vodafone, including as Regional CEO for East Africa at Airtel Africa.
Honesti Basyir is a former state-owned enterprise executive. He previously served as President Director of PT Bio Farma (2019-2023) and as a director at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (TLKM).
The meeting also decided on the honourable dismissal of Ahmad Zulfikar as Director and Achmad Syah Reza as Company Commissioner.
