Indosat HiFi Outage This Afternoon Leaves Users Unable to Connect to the Internet

KOMPAS.com – The Indosat HiFi home internet service was reported to be experiencing an outage on Wednesday (4 March 2026) in the afternoon. A number of customers complained that their internet connections could not be used since the morning.

According to Downdetector, the outage monitoring site, reports of problems began to rise around 08:00 WIB. The number of reports continued to grow into the afternoon, indicating outages experienced by users across various regions.

Some customers reported that their home internet was completely unusable, while others complained of very slow or intermittent connections.

‘Indosat HiFi lagi gangguan massal, baru ketauan jam 09:30 tadi, infonya lagi perbaikan dan estimasi selesai jam 17:30.’ wrote one user on X.

There had been no official statement from Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison regarding the exact cause of the outage or the affected areas in detail.
