PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) has approved a dividend distribution to shareholders amounting to Rp3.57 trillion. The company’s decision stems from the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held on Tuesday, 5 May 2026.

The company’s management stated that the dividend payout represents a continued commitment to shareholders and reflects solid performance throughout 2025 and into the first quarter of 2026. The dividends will be distributed no later than 30 days after the official minutes of the meeting are announced.

“The RUPST approved a total dividend distribution of Rp3,579,840,016,227 or equivalent to Rp111 per share,” ISAT management stated, as quoted from the company’s website on Wednesday, 6 May 2026.

According to the disclosure of information, the company recorded revenue of Rp15.2 trillion, a 12% year-on-year (YoY) increase, in the first three months of this year. This growth aligns with a 15% YoY rise in average revenue per user (ARPU) to Rp45,000.

Revenue growth propelled net profit to soar 26% annually to Rp1.5 trillion. EBITDA rose 13% annually to Rp7.2 trillion.

“The company has started 2026 with solid first-quarter performance, strengthening the foundation for the year ahead,” the company’s management wrote in a public exposure.

The strong financial performance in the first quarter of 2026 continues the solid achievements of 2025 amid a challenging market. For the full year, the company achieved modest growth of 1.1% to Rp56.52 trillion in 2025.

EBITDA increased by 0.8% to Rp26.60 trillion. Net profit attributable to the owners of the parent entity jumped 12.2% to Rp5.51 trillion.

These achievements were driven by solid performance in the mobile business, with ARPU per customer reaching Rp44,000 in 2025. Looking ahead, the company will accelerate the disciplined execution of its artificial intelligence (AI) strategy.

“We are undertaking these efforts to drive performance that leads to sustainable growth while delivering real value to shareholders, including through dividend distributions,” said Vikram Sinha, President Director and Chief Executive Officer of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison.
